History of Laugharne

 

Laugharne is most well known for having charmed Wales' most famous poet, Dyaln Thomas, who fell in love with the town in 1934 and was laid to rest in the village churchyard in 1953. Laugharne was dexcribed by Thomas as "the strangest town in Wales", Laugharne now features a museum - The Dylan Thomas Boathouse - dedicated  to the poets life, where visitors can discover more about his work.

There's certainly plenty for families, walkers, cyclists and bikers to discover and Nine Acres is centralled placed for all of the attractions.
 
Pembroke is very easy to reach and has four Blue Beaches, in fact there's 22 miles of the best beaches you will find in the area.
 
There are also many nice restaurants for those who want to dine out, the seaside town of Tenby is close by and has some great museums and in the srea castles are simply amazing.
